Twitter Apprentice

So The Apprentice series 5 has now finished on BBC1 in the UK and there are a lot of people who still want to tweet about The Apprentice.

By popular demand we will be hosting our own Twitter Apprentice show which will be organised by us @Twitprentice.

In true Twitter style and sharing the love, you can all join in too!
Do you want to take part? If so, here’s what we’re looking for:
1. Do you want to be one of our three panelists who decides who gets fired and who gets hired?
2. 15 contestants who want to join in the tasks that are assigned each week

3. People to volunteer task ideas for the Apprentices

If you want to be considered for any of the above, simply reply to this post below with your Twitter name and tweet about it on Twitter with the following hashtag in your tweet #twitprentice (don’t worry, you don’t need to understand hastags, just include it in your tweet or we might miss you!)

There is no six figure salary from us here, but who knows, someone may spot you as the next big thing on Twitter!

If there are any generous sponsors out there, there could be some prizes as we go along and maybe one BIG prize for the winner!

The Final Countdown

Well Apprentice fans, the final is nearly here and its down to two. Kate and Yasmina.

Who will win? Your guess is as good as ours and we all have a 50/50 chance of being right << Blaady obvious statement Number 1!

After just a few weeks, it became very apparent that the quality of the female entrants was far higher than the guys, so its no real surprise to many of us that this is the second all female final.

For those of you who have been following our tweets will know that we are fans of the show and are not associated in anyway with the BBC production team, but we have still had lots of messages asking us to meet Sir Alan, or is that Lord Alan now, Nick, Margaret etc etc.

We have to say that we have really enjoyed tweeting with you all and in particular with @rms70 , @kelliesimpson and @ingek73 for some top banter and insightful observations.

Wherever possible through the show we have tried to tweet live and respond to tweets and re-tweet some of the funny comments, but sadly Twitter has been at times very slow and at others we have over tweeted and been blocked on many occassions during the live commentary.

One of the funniest tweets/DM we had and conspiracy theories is that Debra will be back in the final as a wildcard entry to spice the program up, so Sir Alan will have three to choose from.

Who will win between Kate and Yasmina? Both bring some excellent qualities and neither are perfect. If they were perfect would they be there?

One thing is for sure, both could onto great things in the same way as other entrants who have won and not won.

There are many previous contestants from The Apprentice on Twitter including previous winner Michelle Dewberry @MichelleDewbs and no doubt, after Sundays final, many from this series will be joining too!

So whatever happens on Sunday, we’ll be aiming to tweet live again, so looking forward to seeing your tweets!

What happens with @Twitprentice after the final, who knows? Suggestions welcome.

Welcome!
